DFID’s Water, Sanitation and Hygiene Programming in Sudan (ICAI)

Agulhas supported ICAI in drafting an evaluation that assesses the effectiveness and value for money of DFID’s support for water, sanitation and hygiene (WASH) programming in Sudan. WASH has been an integral part of DFID’s humanitarian response to the Darfur conflict since 2003. This evaluation, therefore assess how well DFID manages the transition from short-term emergency assistance towards more sustainable support in protracted humanitarian crises.
