Development Finance For Sustainable Development Goals in middle-income Vietnam

Agulhas' Director Marcus Cox was team leader for a Development Finance and Aid Assessment of Vietnam commissioned by the Ministry of Planning and Investment and funded by UNDP and the EU. This was a 4-person assignment looking at the changing composition of development financial flows to Vietnam since it had achieved Middle-Income Country status and providing advice on how to maximise their overall development effectiveness.
